Mr. Roach has been in the private practice of law in Bonita Springs since 1994. Prior to that he served as an attorney with the Collier County Public Defender’s office and then as an associate with the firms of Bass & Chernoff and the Law Offices of Ralph A. Richardson. 

Mr. Roach graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1985. He then attended Campbell University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) In 1988.

Following graduation Mr. Roach moved from his hometown of Fayetteville, N.C. to become a full time resident of Southwest Florida.

Mr. Roach is an active member of the Rotary Club of Bonita Springs Noon. His prior service to the Club includes holding the position of President, Club Rotary Foundation Committee Chairman and has served on the Board of Directors for various terms over his more than 17 year membership in the club. On a Rotary District level, Mr. Roach previously served as the Area Rotary Foundation Committee Chairman.

Mr. Roach belongs to the Collier County Bar Association, the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce, and the Florida Bar.

Mr. Roach is a member of the Nautical Research Guild. He is also an active member of the Southwest Florida Ship Modelers’ Guild. He is currently holding the position of Vice Commodore.

He has served as Commodore to that group and also served as a liaison to the Nautical Research Guild for an event held by the Guild in our community.

Mr. Roach has been married to his wife, Marina, since 1988. He has two children, Nicholas and Elizabeth.
